Most businesses price by eye because they do not know their real cost. Products & Orders solves that with a costing engine: you set the recipe for each product (inputs in any currency, labor, overhead) and the system computes the cost on the fly. When an input price or the exchange rate changes, the cost recalculates itself.
Before there is an order, there is a quotation. Create it as a PDF or a link, with a description and image per line, optional items, payment milestones, terms and attachments. The client sees the price with or without tax and, if something is under review, gets a notice. When they approve, you convert the quotation into an order in one click.
Once it is an order, you define your own workflow stages and drag orders between them, with a full history of who moved each one and when. You can charge a deposit and leave the balance with a due date, generate the shipping label and the dispatch list, and issue the e-invoice by connecting your Alegra or Siigo account — with Siigo, as a regular sales invoice too.
If you have several stores or locations in different cities, each one can invoice and quote under its own company. And if you sell through Shopify, WooCommerce or Tiendanube, your catalog, orders and stock stay in sync; you can also turn on a public QR-code menu, in Spanish and English, with orders going straight to the kitchen.

Are quotations and invoices included in the same module?
Yes. Quotations, orders and the costed catalog live in the same module. The e-invoice is issued by connecting your Alegra or Siigo account (with Siigo, you can also issue a regular sales invoice, not stamped with the DIAN): Renaska is not a DIAN-authorized provider.
Can I have multiple workflows?
Yes. Create as many workflows as you need (e.g. one for online sales, another for wholesale).
Do you sell through Shopify, WooCommerce or Tiendanube?
Yes: connect the store you use and your catalog, orders and stock stay in sync with Renaska; you can also publish new products to the store. Tiendanube, for now, for stores in Colombia.
